As part of my work with Community Banc, I supported multiple client banking sites with daily updates and contributed to larger redesign initiatives. My role required balancing production-level content edits with creating cleaner, more accessible layouts that improved the customer experience.
Overview
Community Banc needed a refreshed, user-friendly site that simplified online banking while staying accessible across devices. My role included:
Handling daily client-requested edits and updates across several sites
Creating improved layouts and mockups to address navigation and readability issues
Ensuring compliance with ADA standards for typography and color contrast
Process
Identified Issues: Navigation lacked clarity, and key tasks like login and account access were buried.
Wireframing: Created simplified layouts in Figma to streamline navigation and highlight priority user tasks.
Responsive Mockups: Designed high-fidelity desktop and mobile views that modernized the look while retaining brand identity.
Production Support: Delivered daily content edits for banking clients, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
